Our Why
Why we do this
Here’s the truth.
We build really expensive homes for really wealthy people. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
Our clients work hard. They deserve beautiful spaces.
But if we ONLY do that, if we ONLY focus on making rich people’s lives incrementally better…What’s the point?
So we made a decision early on.
Our Commitment
A portion of every project goes toward causes that actually matter.
Not as a marketing stunt. Not because it looks good on our website.
But because we believe if you’re making money building luxury homes, you have a responsibility to use some of that to help people who’ll never HAVE a luxury home. Or any home at all.

Building HomesInternationally
Giving Families a Foundation
Millions of people around the world live in structures that wouldn’t pass as a storage shed in the US.
These aren’t “homes.” They’re survival shelters. And they rob families of dignity, safety, and opportunity.
- Dirt floors.
- No running water.
- Roofs that leak when it rains.
- Walls that don’t keep out the cold.
What We Do
We partner with organizations that build REAL homes for families in need.
Not luxury homes, obviously. But homes a family can actually LIVE in with dignity.
- Safe, dry, structurally sound
- Clean water access
- Proper sanitation
- Enough space for a family
A percentage of every project we complete in the US goes directly toward funding international home builds.
Through partner organizations that build in the communities that need it most.
It’s not charity for charity’s sake. It’s using the skills we have to help people who need it most.

Human trafficking is a

Most people think it’s something that happens “over there.”
It’s not.
It happens in the US. In every state. In cities you’ve been to. To kids who look like yours.
And it’s one of the most evil, disgusting things happening in the world right now.
